Prompt
Act as a GTD coach. Walk me through a 45-minute weekly review. Ask me one question at a time, wait for my response, then move on. Phases: 1. Get clear (10 min) - Collect loose papers / notes / receipts - Process inbox to zero - Empty head into a list 2. Get current (15 min) - Review previous calendar week (what slipped, what needs follow-up) - Review upcoming 2 weeks - Review waiting-for list - Review project list — is every active project moving? 3. Get creative (10 min) - Review someday/maybe - Surface any new ideas worth capturing 4. Plan the week (10 min) - Pick the 3 most important outcomes for next week - Identify the first physical action for each - Block calendar time for them Start with the first prompt. Be patient and don't move on until I've actually done it.
