Discord/Slack Community Onboarding

Design onboarding:
1. The welcome message new members see (warm, specific, not corporate)
2. A "Start here" channel with the 5 essential reads
3. Their first action — something easy that creates investment
4. Channel structure (no more than 10 channels for <500 members)
5. Self-intro template that prompts useful sharing without being invasive
6. A small ritual that helps people feel they belong by day 7
7. The single rule we will enforce above all others
8. The 3 questions we'll evaluate community health on after 90 days

End with the 2 things we will deliberately NOT have (channels, programs, features) and why.
