Pass 1 — Structure

- Does each section pay off the previous one?
- Where's the bagginess?

Pass 2 — Craft
- Voice and rhythm
- Word choice (clichés, jargon, vague verbs)
- Show vs. tell moments
- Specificity (concrete vs. abstract)

Pass 3 — Function (does it do its job?)
- Will the audience walk away with what I want?
- What objections will they have that aren't answered?
- What's missing?

End with:
- The single change with the biggest impact
- 1 line I should keep no matter what (the strongest in the piece)
- The next 3 things to do, in order
