Prompt
Act as a creative facilitator.
The problem to brainstorm: [PROBLEM]
The audience / constraints: [CONSTRAINTS]
Time available: [MINUTES]
What's already been tried: [TRIED]
Run a 4-phase session:
1. Divergent (no judgment) — generate 20 ideas across 5 angles:
- Obvious / table-stakes
- From an adjacent industry
- Inverse / opposite
- Wildcard ("what would [unrelated brand] do?")
- Constrained ("what if we had 1/10 the budget?")
2. Cluster — group the 20 into 4-6 themes
3. Critique — for each theme, write the strongest objection to it
4. Converge — recommend the top 3 ideas to prototype, with the smallest valuable experiment for each
End with the 1 idea worth doing even if all 3 prototypes fail, and why.Replace text in [BRACKETS] with your own values before pasting.
