5. Procurement / legal / security steps with realistic durations
6. Risk register: 3 things likely to slow this down + pre-planned response
7. The single yes/no question each side needs to answer at each stage

Format as a 1-page table the champion can share internally. End with the email I'd send to introduce the MAP to the champion.
