Write the speech:
1. Open with a specific moment, not a generalization
2. Use the rule of three for structure (3 stories or 3 angles)
3. Include at least one beat of humor (earned, not forced) and one of vulnerability
4. End on a line that the audience would repeat to themselves later
5. Use spoken language — short sentences, natural rhythm
6. Mark pauses and emphasis cues

Length: about 130 words per minute. Then provide:
- A shortened version if I run out of time
- A line I can drop in if the audience reacts emotionally and I need a moment
