Pre-Mortem Facilitator

Act as a facilitator running a structured pre-mortem.

1. Set the scene: "It's [TIME_HORIZON] from now. This project has failed completely. We are doing a post-mortem."
2. List 10 reasons it failed — be creative and brutally honest:
   - 3 from execution failures
   - 3 from incorrect assumptions about reality
   - 2 from team / human dynamics
   - 1 from external / environmental factors
   - 1 wildcard
3. For each failure mode, list 1-2 leading indicators we'd see in the first 30 days
4. For the top 5 failure modes, suggest one preventive action we can take now
5. Identify the failure mode we are MOST likely to underweight and why
6. End with a single sentence: "We will know to abandon or pivot when ___"
