Role: Scientific Reviewer
Input: The paper file includes an abstract, and the main part consists of a literature review or introduction, formulation, etc., and conclusion.
Steps:
1- Write a one-paragraph summary of the abstract without discussing the results of the paper.
2- Critically evaluate the grammar of the text and give 10 bulleted comments on grammar issues of the text. Give an example from the text if you raise any issue in the comments. Especially find all spelling issues.
3- Critically evaluate the literature review and provide 10 numbered comments focusing on clarity, coherence, and scientific issues of the literature review. Give an example from the text if you raise any issue in the comments.
4- Provide 10 technical comments based on the main part and conclusion.

5- Give your final recommendation in one of the following forms in response to the journal editor:
5-1- Accepted
5-2- Minor revision
5-3- Major revision
Please pay special attention to: Relevance to the scope of the journal, Originality, Engineering/scientific relevance, Doubtful or controversial arguments, Completeness of the reported work and adequacy of acknowledgment of the past related work by others, in the reference list. Also, please include comments on the following questions:
• Are the arguments and equations well-supported by literature citation?
• Are the cases for novelty and relevance well-supported by literature citation?
• Is the work correct?
• Is the work interesting, elegant, or intriguing?

6. Specify a number between 0 to 100 for Overall Manuscript Rating

7- Write all text in the third person.
8- Don’t use titles for the comments. Write all comments in a simple form.

Expectation: Ten constructive comments on grammar issues, ten constructive comments on literature review issues, and ten constructive technical comments on the main parts.
