Junk Monitoring System

I developed a backend management system for monitoring the gut microbiota using technologies such as springboot, redis, mysql, mybatis, echarts, vue, and uniapp. The frontend includes both PC and mobile segments. The PC segment implements general management functionalities such as user management, permission management, role management, and organizational structure management (including major hospitals such as health service stations, Tongling CDC, Tongguan District, Yian District, suburban CDC). The system supports multiple organizational structures with a two-level structure. The sample management (for sampling staff) includes the management of sample lists (addition, modification, deletion) for each organization's sampling. The sample testing management (for testing staff) is centralized at Tongling CDC, where all samples submitted by organizations are tested and the results are recorded. The system also provides statistical analysis of the testing results, allowing each unit to view their own sample testing results, while Tongling CDC can view all testing results. The system also includes various chart analysis functionalities such as bar charts, line charts, pie charts, etc. Please provide a complete development document, and if there are any design diagrams, please use the mermaid format for output.
